PermitEyes Health Inspection app for iPhone and iPad

PermitEyes Health Inspection is an application for Health Inspectors out in the field on the site to record the inspections on behalf of the Health Dept of any town. The inspections are related to permits applied by applicants for their establishment in the town through their website. These inspections are recorded on Ipad/Tablet and uploaded to PermitEyes Software by the inspectors. Inspectors schedule their inspection on PermitEyes (cloud based software) using a web browser but the schedules are downloaded on this app. The Inspection records entries on this app are uploaded back to PermitEyes (cloud based software). The records uploaded to the PermitEyes include the signature of the owner of the establishment or person in charge at the establishment and images of items inspected, list of violations and checklist of items checked.
The type of permits that are normally inspected using this app includes Food Establishment Permit, Body Art Establishment permits, Pool Permit, Disposal Systems and other such applications that are handled by the Department of Health in any town.
